Clients may cancel a project with Dev Nexa Works by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on the work already completed.
Refunds at Dev Nexa Works are processed on a case-by-case basis. Generally, fees for work already performed and delivered are non-refundable.
Approved refunds by Dev Nexa Works will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
